The role primarily involves providing administrative support to executives and ensuring smooth operational processes within a dynamic and client focused workplace. </p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities: </p><p>• Accurately and efficiently managing executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.</p><p>• Overseeing the preparation and editing of correspondence, reports, presentations, and various other documents.</p><p>• Serving as a liaison between the executive team and both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication while maintaining confidentiality.</p><p>• Handling special projects independently and with initiative.</p><p>• Handling administrative functions such as preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes, and maintaining records.</p><p>• Monitoring, responding to, and managing incoming emails and correspondence on behalf of the executive team.</p><p>• Overseeing office operations, supplies, and vendor relationships to maintain an efficient work environment.</p><p>• Acting as the main contact point for other administrative and operational staff in the local office.</p><p>• Interacting with all levels of the organization, from staff to senior leadership, as well as external partners and clients.</p><p>• Assisting with district-level initiatives, operational deadlines, and other time-sensitive tasks as needed.</p>
