    The Creative Project Coordinator will be responsible for managing the flow of creative materials and projects through the creative department. This role ensures that all deliverables are completed on time and within scope while maintaining effective communication across teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the traffic of all creative materials and projects through the creative department, ensuring timely and efficient workflow.
    • Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring smooth transitions between project phases.
    • Coordinate with multiple teams, including designers, copywriters, strategists, and project owners, to align on project goals and deliverables.
    • Proactively manage projects with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong autonomy and initiative.

    Creative Project Coordinator - Contract - 40hrs/week


    Top Requirements:

    1. Workfront or Relevant Project Management Tool Experience – Prior experience using Workfront or a similar project management platform is required.
    2. Agency/Creative Partner Experience – Must have experience working in or with external agency/creative partners.
    3. Strong Internal and External Communication Skills – Ability to effectively communicate with both internal teams and external clients.

    Additional Qualifications:

    • Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
