    • Experience with ensuring contracts comply with legal requirements and company policies

    • Experience maintaining an organized contract management system for easy access and tracking

    • Experience managing contract renewals, amendments, and termination

    • Experience providing guidance to internal stakeholders on contract terms and conditions

    • Experience identifying and mitigating risks associated with contracts
