    • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in content creation, communications strategy, or related areas (non-profit experience a plus).
    • Exceptional verbal, written, and editorial skills with a strong ability to craft compelling stories.
    • Proficiency with social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and familiarity with tools for social scheduling and analytics (e.g., Hootsuite, Canva, Buffer).
    • Knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact) and content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress.
    • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) preferred but not required.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
