In this role, you will be providing IT support to a variety of client sites, predominantly major retail firms. Your work will involve some travel and onsite work within a 1-hour driving radius. As a Cable Technician, you'll be responsible for troubleshooting network infrastructure issues, maintaining routers and switches, and providing technical support.


    Responsibilities:

    • Troubleshoot network infrastructure issues related to MDF/IDF, VOIP, or cabling

    • Applicants must have a minimum of three years of experience in a similar role as a Cable Technician.

    • Demonstrable proficiency in Access Control is imperative for this position.

    • The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Broadband.

    • Proficiency in utilizing Cisco Technologies is a critical requirement for this role.

    • Applicants should have a solid understanding of Data Networks.

    • Experience with Apple Devices is highly desirable.

    • Candidates should have a proven track record in Cable Installation.
