<p>We are looking for a Senior Engineer to own and advance our Microsoft 365 environment and core business application platforms. This role is well suited to a technically hands-on leader with deep expertise in Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, enterprise reporting, and collaboration governance. You will act as the firm’s primary authority on Microsoft 365 and related systems, partnering closely with IT, Finance, and Operations to deliver secure, reliable, and well-governed solutions that enable attorneys and business professionals to work efficiently. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities: </strong></p><p>-Administer the firm’s Microsoft 365 tenant, including Entra ID (Azure AD), Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive. </p><p>-Define and enforce governance standards for Teams, M365 Groups, external sharing, and lifecycle management. </p><p>-Ensure security, compliance, and identity controls meet firm and client requirements. </p><p>-Design and manage SharePoint Online architecture, site provisioning, permissions, and information structure. </p><p>-Support collaboration spaces and intranet initiatives while maintaining consistency and control. </p><p>-Manage the firm’s SSRS environment and associated reporting infrastructure. </p><p>-Support and govern Microsoft Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI where applicable. </p><p>-Establish environment strategy, DLP policies, and solution lifecycle management. </p><p>-Evaluate and support Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio capabilities with appropriate governance. </p><p>-Work with internal stakeholders and vendors to support key platforms such as Aderant and CRM solutions (e.g., Tre AI). </p><p> </p><p><strong>What's in it for you: </strong></p><p>-Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance </p><p>-401(k) with match </p><p>-PTO -Profit Sharing </p><p>-Hybrid Work Environment </p><p>-Salary: $135k - $175k</p>
