We are in search of a Brand Manager, Associate Director of Innovation to become part of our team in the retail industry, located in Los Angeles, California. As a Brand Manager, you will be crucial in managing and enhancing our brand's image and influence in the market. This role involves taking charge of customer interactions, executing effective brand strategies, and driving innovation in our product line.
Responsibilities:
• Drive the innovation process from ideation to completion for our product line.
• Manage and enhance our brand's presence in the market.
• Employ Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools effectively to maintain customer records and handle customer inquiries.
• Utilize Facebook Insights and other analytical tools for gap analysis to understand market trends and customer preferences.
• Plan and execute successful advertisement campaigns to increase brand awareness.
• Act as a Brand Ambassador, representing the brand positively and ensuring our brand message is consistent across all channels.
• Leverage your knowledge in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry to make informed decisions and strategies.
• Implement campaign planning strategies to ensure successful product launches and promotions.
• Use platforms like GMail and EXPRESS for effective communication and coordination within the team.
• Apply your experience in the beauty, personal care, or food & beverage sectors to bring unique insights and strategies to the table.
• Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a Brand Management role within the retail industry.
• Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is required.
• Familiarity with EXPRESS or similar retail management software is necessary.
• The ability to analyze and utilize Facebook Insights for brand development is essential.
• Candidates must have experience conducting Gap Analysis to identify areas of improvement.
• Proficiency in using GMail for detail oriented correspondence is required.
• Experience in planning and executing effective Advertisement campaigns is a must.
• The role requires the ability to act as a Brand Ambassador, promoting the company and its products to the public.
• Candidates must have a proven track record of improving Brand Awareness through effective marketing strategies.
• Experience in Brand Marketing, including campaign planning and execution, is essential.
• Applicants must be adept at Brand Management, including maintaining brand identity and implementing brand strategies.
• A creative mind and a strong ability to drive Innovation in brand development are key qualities for this role.
