We are in search of a Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our team located in Shrewsbury Massachusetts. The HR Manager will play a pivotal role in our organization, focusing on the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and training programs. The role requires cross-departmental collaboration to identify growth areas and opportunities, with a primary goal of improving staff retention.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee Talent Acquisition processes to ensure effective sourcing and selection of candidates.
• Steer New Permanent Onboarding programs to facilitate smooth integration into the organization.
• Manage Performance Evaluation systems to ensure fair and constructive feedback.
• Administer Employee Benefits and Leave policies, ensuring compliance and employee satisfaction.
• Execute Employee Recognition initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
• Develop and implement HR policies, ensuring they align with organizational objectives.
• Facilitate Training and Employee Development programs to enhance staff skills and performance.
• Serve as the organization's point of contact for CARF Accreditation matters.
• Handle HR-related Insurance needs, including Workers' Compensation and Liability insurance.
• Utilize HRIS systems for efficient HR management and reporting.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Ensure HR compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Human Resources role
• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) Administration
• Experience with Human Resources Management Systems
• Knowledge of HR Budgeting practices
• Understanding and enforcement of HR Compliance regulations
• Experience in managing an HR Department
• Proven track record in HR development strategies
• Demonstrated leadership in an HR setting
• Familiarity with HR Metrics and how to utilize them effectively
• Ability to develop and implement HR Policies
• Experience in HR reporting and data analysis
• Proven ability in devising and implementing HR Strategies
• PHR Certification preferred
• SPHR Certification is a plus
