We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Sr. Data Entry Clerk in WOODMERE, Ohio. The role falls within the industry, and the successful candidate will be pivotal in maintaining and enhancing customer credit records, processing applications, and addressing customer queries efficiently.
Responsibilities:
• Undertaking research on account profile data through different platforms.
• Accurately inputting the researched data into spreadsheets for CRM entry.
• Executing ad hoc queries of data when required.
• Establishing and nurturing positive relationships with potential internal and external clients, partners and stakeholders.
• Assisting in additional projects and tasks as required by the team.
• Ensuring the smooth running of the Salesforce platform and other software programs.
• Employing analytical skills to understand, explain, and improve data entry processes.
• Utilizing Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office for data entry and analysis.
• Administering claim processing and check processing tasks using Epic Software and ERP Solutions.
• Continually updating and maintaining accurate customer credit records.
• Proficiency in using CRM software to manage and analyze customer interactions and data
• Expertise in using a popular healthcare software for streamlined data management
• Familiarity with ERP Solutions for business process management
• Experience in Check Processing to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Knowledge in Claim Administration to handle, manage, and process claims
• Proficiency in using a renowned CRM platform for customer relationship management
• Excellent Data Entry skills, ensuring speed and accuracy
• Ability to conduct Computer Research to support data collection and analysis
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting complex data and deriving insights
• Proficiency in popular office software, particularly word processing and presentation tools
• Advanced skills in a widely-used spreadsheet software for data manipulation and analysis.
