A thriving company in Woodland Hills is seeking a Recruiting/HR Coordinator to join their team and play an integral role in supporting their HR and recruiting functions! This position is contract to hire with full time hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end recruitment efforts by coordinating job postings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Serve as a point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
- Assist in onboarding new hires, including collecting paperwork, verifying employment eligibility, and conducting orientations.
- Maintain accurate and organized employee records, both digital and physical, in compliance with company standards and regulations.
- Partner with hiring managers to ensure job descriptions and requirements are accurate and up to date.
- Assist with HR administrative tasks, including processing employee changes, benefits administration, and compliance tracking.
- Utilize HR software tools (experience with ADP, Workday, or Paycore is a plus) to manage employee information and recruitment pipelines.
- Provide support during high-demand periods, such as open enrollment and seasonal hiring spikes.
- Collaborate with other HR team members to ensure best practices are followed across all HR activities.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar HR Coordinator or recruiting coordinator role or related field.
• Strong auditing skills are necessary.
• Ability to conduct thorough background checks is essential.
• Working knowledge of various benefit functions is required.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are crucial.
