· Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
· 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or HR support role preferred.
· Experience with HR software (e.g., ADP, BambooHR) is a plus.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
