We are looking for a driven Warehouse Manager with experience managing direct reports and overseeing facilities. Someone with a strong understanding of warehouse organization, inventory management, shipping and receiving, etc. This is an excellent opportunity to join a great group of people and a growing company!
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all warehouse operations, including devanning, transloading, receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Manage incoming trucks
- Manage operations logistics
- Stocking inventory
- Keep large stock items organized over duration of project timeline
- manage warehouse staff
- Schedule and allocate labor effectively to balance operational efficiency.
- Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork among warehouse personnel.
- Arrange and coordinate transportation for inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely deliveries.
- Work closely with carriers and vendors to resolve issues related to damaged goods, delays, or inventory discrepancies.
- Maintenance of company equipment.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of management experience
- Ability to oversee warehouse operation
- Construction industry is a plus
