We are in search of a Pricing Manager / Director to join our team near O'Hare. Your primary role will be to develop and execute pricing strategies in alignment with our business objectives and market position. This includes designing dynamic pricing models, conducting market research and analysis, and collaborating with various teams. This role is pivotal for supporting revenue growth, profitability, and maintaining our competitiveness in the market.
Responsibilities:
• Develop strategic pricing strategies that optimize profitability while ensuring market competitiveness.
• Build and maintain dynamic pricing models that adapt to market conditions and customer needs.
• Conduct thorough market research and analysis to refine pricing strategies and stay ahead of industry trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Finance to align pricing strategies with overall organizational goals.
• Utilize advanced tools to build and maintain pricing models, identifying opportunities for pricing optimization based on sales and pricing data.
• Analyze competitor pricing and customer data to refine pricing strategies and ensure alignment with revenue and margin forecasts.
• Monitor pricing performance metrics such as revenue, margin, and volume, providing actionable insights for improvement.
• Promote a data-driven, high-performance culture within pricing initiatives, identifying and recommending process improvements and innovations in pricing methodologies and tools.
• Stay informed on industry pricing trends, tools, and best practices, sharing insights with relevant stakeholders.
• Provide guidance and training on pricing best practices to cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Salary Range $130,000-$175,000. Health insurance, 401K, vacation days, paid holidays and more
