HR Generalist

Robert Half has partnered with a large, established, privately-held organization in their search of adding an HR Generalist to their growing HR Department. Reporting to the HR Supervisor, as an HR Generalist you will have your hands in coordinating employee engagement activities, employee relations, performance management, recruiting and onboarding new-hires, and general HR reporting.
Responsibilities:
• Foster a positive environment through effective employee relations
• Actively participate in the recruitment process to ensure the hiring of appropriate talent
• Uphold compliance to all relevant regulations and policies
• Engage in activities that enhance employee engagement
• Ensure accurate maintenance of all HR related documentation and records
• Respond to HR related inquiries promptly and professionally
• Facilitate and monitor various employee programs and company policies.
Desired Experience:
• AS or BS degree preferred
• 3+ years of hands-on, well-rounded HR experience
• HRIS system experience
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with an 'open door' HR Department policy

• Proficient in Employee Relations, capable of managing and resolving workplace issues effectively.
• Experience in Human Resources (HR) Administration, able to handle HR tasks such as benefits administration and compliance documentation.
• Proven ability in Recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
• Demonstrated experience in Employee Engagement, with a focus on developing programs and initiatives to enhance workplace morale and productivity.
