    Robert Half is currently working with an established organization on their search for Payroll Analyst with proven payroll reporting and analytical skills. This candidate will process high volume payroll, perform payroll reconciliations, identify payroll discrepancies, coordinate with the human resources department as needed, utilize Workday to process workflows, assist with system documentation, generate ad hoc reports, process payroll data, resolve payroll issues, prepare journal entries, and maintain the client database. This Payroll Administrator must possess excellent multi-tasking skills, strong organizational abilities, and solid time management skills.

     

    What you get to do daily

    ·      Review and enter payroll data

    ·      Process union payroll

    ·      Complete journal entries

    ·      Provide administrative support

    ·      Reconcile union dues

    ·      Assist with wage garnishments

    ·      Generate year-end statements

    ·      Process payroll taxes

    ·      Provide support the HR department

    The ideal Payroll Analyst will have a Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance.


    Other requirements for the Payroll Analyst role include and are not limited to:

    ·      5+ years of payroll or finance/accounting experience

    ·      Multi-Entity payroll processing experience required

    ·      Processing union and non-union payroll preferred, not required

    ·      Knowledge of SME w/ ADP WFN
