    Job Overview:

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and task-focused Platform Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing data entry, building quotes into our CRM system, checking pricing for errors, and handling unique or complex transactions outside of our platform. The ideal candidate will have strong data management skills and the ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy. This position offers an opportunity for career growth, with potential transition into other roles based on performance.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Maintain data integrity and optimize business processes.
    • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
    • Identify opportunities to increase platform usage and support platform adoption on Xvantage.
    • Work closely with Account Managers and Business Owners to convert opportunities into actionable outcomes.
    • Generate data quality reports and metrics, providing insights to improve processes.
    • Work through a queue of 20-30 tickets daily with high accuracy.
    • Support cross-functional teams by collaborating and communicating effectively.



    Required Qualifications:

    • Two-year college degree or equivalent experience (minimum of 3 years in a related functional area).
    • OR High School Diploma/equivalent with 5+ years of functional experience, preferably at a senior level.
    • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
    • Experience with Power BI and ZenDesk (preferred but not required).
    • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to multitask and operate in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
    • Sales background or experience in industries such as Verizon, Best Buy, banking, call centers, claims processing, or administrative assistance is highly preferred.
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with internal management teams.


    Additional Details:

    • This role is part of a high-volume data input team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
    • Ideal candidates should have an operations mindset and be resolution-driven.
    • The position will provide manual support until automation is fully implemented; however, the role will evolve with time.
    • Candidates with strong performance may have opportunities for career growth within in other roles, including sales.
