    Position Overview:

    We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to play a key role in the development of an enterprise platform from the ground up. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a high-growth, innovative environment, where you will design and implement cutting-edge solutions that enhance workplace efficiency.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the design, development, and deployment of critical platform components.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and launch new features.
    • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
    • Identify and resolve bottlenecks and software bugs.
    • Maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
    • Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and improve development practices.
    • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices.
    • Work closely with product managers and UX designers to ensure technical feasibility.
    • Contribute to system architecture and strategic planning.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
    • 5+ years of software development experience.
    • Proficiency in C#, .NET Core, Visual Studio, and Source Control Management.
    • Experience with enterprise-level platform development.
    • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and reusable libraries.
    • Familiarity with design and architectural patterns.
    • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
    • Experience with Cassandra DB is a plus.
    • Knowledge of continuous integration and iterative development methodologies.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
