We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for an Agile Coach in the life insurance industry, located in West Des Moines, Iowa. As an Agile Coach, you will play a key role in guiding and mentoring teams in agile practices, facilitating Agile Release Train (ART) events, and introducing lean practices to achieve exceptional business value for our customers.

Responsibilities:
• Coach and mentor teams in agile practices, enhancing their performance and quality
• Facilitate ART events and processes, ensuring alignment of multiple teams within the ART to achieve portfolio level objectives
• Actively manage risks and dependencies for the ART and across ARTs
• Spearhead the transition to Scaled Framework and other lean practices
• Guide division level implementation for the ART/Value Stream
• Foster consistency while encouraging teams to optimize locally, continuously improving their approach
• Serve as a player-coach to upskill Scrum Masters, preparing Product Owners and Product Managers for Program Increment Planning
• Contribute actively to relevant Communities of Practices across the division and enterprise

• Minimum of 7 years of detail-oriented experience in the Insurance - Life industry
• Proven expertise in Agile Development methodologies
• Proficiency in using Atlassian Jira software for project management
• Comprehensive understanding and experience with Cloud Technologies
• Demonstrable knowledge of industry Best Practices
• Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in diverse teams
• Significant experience in Agile Coaching, with a track record of guiding teams to high performance
• Familiarity with Agile Release Train, with the ability to manage complex agile projects
• Thorough knowledge of various Agile frameworks, with the ability to tailor them to the organization's needs.
