We are offering an exciting opportunity in Wausau, Wisconsin, for a Digital/eCommerce Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is within the eCommerce industry and involves a blend of B2B and B2C Marketing strategies, alongside SEM, SEO, Social Advertising, and CRM Marketing initiatives. The role will be Hybrid - 1 day per week ON SITE.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement B2B and B2C marketing strategies to drive business growth
• Oversee eCommerce initiatives to enhance online presence and sales
• Utilize SEM and SEO tactics to increase website visibility and traffic
• Manage social advertising campaigns to expand brand awareness and customer engagement
• Employ CRM Marketing techniques to maintain strong relationships with customers and improve customer retention
• Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance and make necessary adjustments for optimization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives
• Stay updated with latest industry trends and competitor strategies to ensure the company's marketing efforts remain competitive
• Provide leadership and guidance to the marketing team to ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
