This candidate will support the environment's day-to-day and handle general software, hardware, network, and system tasks. Location: 100% Onsite to start - Hybrid is possible (2 days telework)
Length of assignment: 3-6 months contract through Robert Half and potential to convert. (The team is looking for someone who is interested in the long term)

Job duties:
- Identify and initiate resolutions to user problems and concerns associated with office automation equipment, hardware and software to the users' satisfaction.
- Plan and coordinate the purchase, installation and implementation of office automation hardware and software according to department standards and procedures.
- Maintain software and hardware registration and inventory to provide upgrades as necessary and ensure appropriate security levels are maintained.
- Act as primary interface with equipment vendors and contractors for resolving problems.
- Provide help desk and network support for daily operations.
Required skills:
- 1-3 years of experience in a Help Desk position or related role
- Knowledgeable in Windows Operating Systems
- Skilled in hands-on PC hardware support and troubleshooting peripherals
- Fundamental knowledge of network and system configuration.
- Nice to have: Associates Degree, CompTIA+ certification
