    • Be capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines effectively.
    • Show an understanding of legal terminology and court system.
    • Have excellent organizational and time-management skills.
    • Demonstrate a high level of confidentiality and discretion due to the sensitive nature of the information handled.
    • Be able to prepare and process legal documents and papers, such as summonses, subpoenas, complaints, appeals, motions, and pretrial agreements.
