We are actively seeking an Audit Manager - Public to become a vital part of our team based in Waconia, Minnesota. As an Audit Manager - Public, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing all audit-related activities and ensuring the highest quality of audit services are provided. This role entails a deep understanding of government audits and the ability to apply this knowledge effectively.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of public auditing.
• Demonstrable expertise in conducting Government Audits.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) designation is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and guide auditing teams.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate financial data and detect discrepancies.
• Excellent understanding of audit procedures, reporting, and regulatory compliance.
• Proficient with audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel as the job may require.
• Strong ethical standards and high levels of integrity.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
