Key Responsibilities:

• Process invoices and ensure timely billing to clients for completed projects.
• Verify the accuracy of billing data, such as hours worked, materials used, and service rates.
• Work closely with project managers and clients to resolve discrepancies in invoicing.
• Maintain records of accounts receivable and assist with collection of outstanding invoices as needed.
• Prepare monthly billing statements and reports for review by the accounting team.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards for billing procedures.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field preferred (or equivalent work experience).
• 2+ years of experience in billing, preferably in the construction or electrical industries.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks and Excel.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple deadlines.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills to handle client queries professionally.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and AR processes is a plus.
