In this role, you will be tasked with managing the accounts payable processes of our company.     Responsibilities:
    • Manage and process vendor invoices in line with company policies
    • Conduct reconciliation of accounts payable transactions and keep records up to date
    • Prepare and process payment batches, this includes checks and electronic transfers
    • Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve any discrepancies that may arise
    • Assist with month-end closing activities and financial reporting
    • Use Microsoft Excel for data entry and invoice processing
    • Utilize your skills in Accounts Payable (AP) and Check Runs to ensure smooth operation
    • Apply your knowledge in Coding Invoices to ensure accuracy in financial records.
    • Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) processes and best practices
    • Experience with Check Runs is necessary
    • Familiarity with Coding Invoices is required
    • Strong Data Entry skills, ensuring precision and accuracy
    • Proven experience in Invoice Processing and management
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and formulas
    • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive financial information
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
