We are looking to add a Sr. Customer Service Representative to our team in VERSAILLES, Ohio, United States. In this role, you will primarily deal with customer queries, manage customer accounts, and ensure all customer interactions are logged accurately. This position provides a short term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure all customer interactions are dealt with professionally and empathetically
• Handle incoming customer calls, addressing issues related to orders, billing, and product concerns
• Keep customer information up-to-date after every call and place orders when needed
• Collaborate with the management team to stay informed about product knowledge and changes in company policies
• Contribute to the company's success by resolving customer problems and converting frustrated clients into repeat customers
• Schedule delivery appointments
• Uphold a high level of confidentiality and professionalism when dealing with clients
• Keep track of pricing changes and update customers accordingly
• Manage billing functions and claim administration effectively
• Utilize Microsoft Office Programs, particularly Excel, for various tasks.

• Proficiency in Data Processing, with the ability to accurately manage and analyze large volumes of information.
• Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems, demonstrating an understanding of its applications in a business context.
• Experience in Answering Inbound Calls, showcasing excellent communication skills and the ability to handle customer queries effectively.
• Strong knowledge of Billing Functions, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments.
• Proficiency in Order Management, with a focus on maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely delivery of products or services.
