We are looking for a diligent Tax Manager to join our team in the detail oriented Services industry in Frisco, TX. In this role, you will be responsible for managing tax engagements, including compliance and planning, as well as creating strategies with tax leaders and partners to provide the best solutions for our clients.
Responsibilities • Detailed review of tax returns and workpapers • Developing strategies with tax leaders and partners for optimal client solutions • Managing client communication throughout the year • Overseeing tax engagements including compliance and planning • Collaborating with analysts, seniors, and leadership to ensure timely completion of projects • Coaching and developing tax seniors and tax analysts • Applying skills in Accounting Functions, Entity Formation, Income Tax Accounting, Public Accounting, Public Accounting Tax, and Tax Preparation

• Must possess extensive knowledge and experience in Public Accounting and Public Accounting Tax
• Proficient in handling all Accounting Functions with a high degree of accuracy
• Capable of performing Income Tax Accounting tasks efficiently
• Demonstrated expertise in Entity Formation procedures
• Proven experience in Tax Preparation for diverse clients
• Holds relevant certification or degree in accounting or finance
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Must adhere to detail oriented ethics and demonstrate a high level of discretion when dealing with confidential information
• Proficient in using tax and accounting software tools.
