    We are actively recruiting for an Accounts Receivable Supervisor/Manager to join our team in the manufacturing industry, located in Trinity, North Carolina. The role involves overseeing the handling of customer payments, managing cash application processes, and directing the closing of accounts receivable on a monthly and yearly basis.

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the coordination of all payment receipt activities, including checks, wire transfers, ACH, credit card charges, and financing.
    • Manage the cash application team to ensure accurate and efficient posting of all cash remittances.
    • Assist with the posting of cash to the ledger as required.
    • Direct the monthly and yearly closing of Accounts Receivable and collaborate with Corporate Accounting.
    • Generate and analyze reports, create journal entries, perform account reconciliations, and conduct trend analysis.
    • Maintain appropriate documentation for auditing purposes.
    • Utilize Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Dynamics AX for managing and tracking all Accounts Receivable activities.
    • Ensure effective cash management and forecasting.
    • Supervise credit collection processes and handle commercial collections.
    • Demonstrated expertise in Accounts Receivable (AR)
    • Proven experience in Cash Applications
    • Strong knowledge of Cash Forecasting
    • Proficient in Cash Posting
    • Familiarity with Cash Management
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
    • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX is preferred
    • Experience in Credit - Collections
    • Experience in Collections - Commercial within the manufacturing industry
