    We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Sourcing Coordinator near Wayne, New Jersey. As a Sourcing Coordinator, you will be reaching out to suppliers, exploring new products, managing projects, and utilizing Excel.


    Responsibilities:


    • Responsible for managing and coordinating various projects and product management.

    • Engage in communication with existing suppliers to retrieve updated contracts.

    • Investigate new product opportunities.

    • Extend communication to potential new suppliers.

    • Utilize Excel for various tasks.

    • Provide excellent customer service, handle data entry tasks, and maintain email correspondence.

    • Make inbound and outbound calls as necessary.

    • Utilize Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word to perform various job functions.

    • Proven experience in Customer Service, handling client queries and resolving issues promptly.
    • Proficiency in Data Entry, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Skilled in Email Correspondence, managing and responding to emails professionally and in a timely manner.
    • Experience in handling Inbound and Outbound Calls, ensuring clear and effective communication.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, capable of creating spreadsheets, charts, and performing complex calculations.
    • Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook for scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and sending invitations.
    • Skilled in using Microsoft PowerPoint to create engaging presentations.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word for creating, formatting, and editing documents.
