    We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity with a non profit as an Associate in TOLEDO, Ohio. This role involves a blend of administrative support, customer service, and data entry tasks in the non-profit industry.


    Responsibilities:

    • Handle inbound and outbound calls to provide clear guidance to seniors regarding application steps.

    • Conduct data entry tasks, ensuring the accuracy of information entered into the system.

    • Assist seniors in signing up for services via digital and paper applications.

    • Prepare and send mailers containing application information to seniors as part of initial support.

    • Review completed applications for accuracy and ensure correct data entry.

    • Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and resolving inquiries.

    • Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to maintain accurate customer records.

    • Schedule appointments as required.

    • Follow up with customers to ensure understanding of application information received via mailers.

    • Use email correspondence effectively to provide customer service and resolve issues.

    • Proficiency in answering inbound calls, demonstrating excellent communication skills and patience.
    • Previous experience in a call center customer service role is necessary.
    • Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to handle customer queries and complaints efficiently.
    • Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Proficient in email correspondence, ensuring prompt and detail-oriented communication with customers.
    • Experience in handling both inbound and outbound calls, managing customer interactions effectively.
    • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to create spreadsheets, charts, and manage data.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word for creating and editing documents.
    • Familiarity with order entry systems, ensuring accurate and timely processing of customer orders.
    • Ability to schedule appointments efficiently, managing the team's calendar and ensuring smooth operations.
