    We are offering an exciting opportunity as a Senior Benefits Administrator based in Tampa, Florida. The role involves strategic planning and coordination of employee benefits.


    Responsibilities:


    • Develop and execute the open enrollment process for employees

    • Collaborate with insurance carriers to ensure the appropriate products are available for employees

    • Devise strategies for efficient benefits enrollment, including the establishment of employee enrollment process, communication and follow up

    • Oversee the HRIS integrity and responsible for the benefits system coordination

    • Assist in the benefits design process, liaising with brokers and other stakeholders as necessary

    • Conduct benefits analysis and coordination as part of the role

    • Ensure maintenance of accurate benefits records.

    • Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in the role of Benefits Administrator or similar capacity

    • The candidate should possess a deep understanding of various benefit functions

    • Experience in comprehensive benefits process creation and development

    • Strong Excel skills including VLookUps and Pivot Table functions

    • The applicant must be proficient in coordinating benefits and speaking with carriers

    • Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus but not required
