We are on the hunt for a Project Manager to join our team in Tampa, Florida. In the role of a Project Manager, you will play a critical part in handling customer applications, keeping customer records precise, and addressing customer queries. Additionally, you will monitor customer accounts and take the necessary actions. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:
• Efficiently process customer credit applications using Atlassian Jira
• Maintain up-to-date customer credit records using CRM and ERP systems
• Resolve customer inquiries using Cloud Technologies and Cisco Technologies
• Oversee customer accounts and initiate appropriate action when necessary
• Implement Agile Scrum methodologies in project management
• Participate in AB Testing procedures to optimize project outcomes
• Manage budget processes to ensure financial efficiency
• Implement change management strategies to adapt to project shifts
• Leverage 'About Time' software for time tracking and project management.

• Proven experience in the role of a Project Manager
• Proficiency in Atlassian Jira
• Familiarity with Cisco Technologies
• Expertise in Cloud Technologies

• Knowledge of About Time software
