Responsibilities:
• Handle both state and federal litigation cases effectively
• Engage in injury claims, utilizing skills in claim administration and complaint handling
• Deliver strong presentations to communicate case details and strategies
• Conduct comprehensive legal research to support case preparation
• Write detailed, clear legal briefs and other related documents
• Utilize Case Management Software and Document Management systems for efficient handling of cases
• Work collaboratively with the team as well as independently to manage cases
• Demonstrate an elite commitment to excellence in all aspects of the role
• Utilize skills in Adobe Acrobat and 3M for effective case management
• Maintain a good standing with the Florida Bar and adhere to all legal practices and principles.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Attorney or Lawyer
• Proficiency in 3M
• Experience with Adobe Acrobat
• Familiarity with Case Management Software
• Competency in using Conveyancer
• Knowledge of Document Management
• Ability to conduct Briefings
• Experience with Civil Litigation
• Proficiency in Claim Administration
• Skills in Complaint Handling
• Familiarity with Consumer Electronics
