    Responsibilities:


    • Utilize AutoCAD for drafting and design tasks

    • Handle CNC machines for various projects

    • Develop and maintain CNC programs

    • Ensure accurate and efficient processing of customer applications

    • Maintain precise customer credit records

    • Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally

    • Monitor customer accounts and implement necessary actions

    • Exhibit flexibility in role responsibilities to meet business needs.

    • Must possess a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a Programmer Analyst in the construction or contractor industry.
    • Proficient in AutoCAD software for designing and drafting.
    • In-depth understanding and experience with CNC machines.
    • Demonstrable skills in CNC programming for precision manufacturing.
    • Ability to perform complex computing tasks, such as planning, coordinating, and implementing security measures.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically.
    • Excellent communication skills for translating user requirements into system specifications.
    • Familiarity with industry standards and the latest technological advancements.
