Within this role, you will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities that revolve around payroll management, human resources compliance, and other related duties, all within a detail-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
• Managing in-house payroll activities for a specified number of employees.
• Keeping track of employee attendance, including absences and other related data.
• Undertaking data entry tasks, particularly those related to Accounts Payable.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, including those stipulated by OSHA.
• Actively involved in auditing and other benefit functions.
• Overseeing HR Compliance activities and ensuring all procedures are adhered to.
• Managing matters related to Worker's Compensation.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience in full cycle payroll processing is required
• Working knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations
