We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Program Manager IV in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin, 53596, United States. The position can be remote, but if the candidate is located near stakeholders, they may be asked to come in. The role involves overseeing a variety of tasks, including processing customer applications, maintaining customer records, and resolving customer inquiries.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the efficient and accurate processing of customer credit applications.
• Ensure the maintenance of precise customer credit records.
• Handle customer inquiries, providing prompt and effective solutions.
• Monitor customer accounts closely and take necessary action when required.
• Employ basic office skills to perform daily tasks and operations.
• Liaise with stakeholders as necessary, particularly if located nearby.
• Adapt to a remote working environment if not located near stakeholders.
• Manage and coordinate various programs within the organization.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency of customer service processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Possess strong Basic Office Skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Demonstrated experience in program management or relevant field
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field; Master's degree preferred
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Ability to develop and manage budgets
• Solid understanding of project management principles
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Knowledge of performance evaluation techniques and key metrics
• Willingness to travel as required by the job
• Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and environment
• Knowledge of data analysis and reporting
