    We are offering a contracted opportunity for a Business Analyst/ Mobile Product Owner based in Waukesha, Wisconsin. The successful candidate will liaise with cross-functional teams to refine business requirements, ensure clear communication between stakeholders and development teams, and deliver high-value features efficiently.

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with stakeholders, Product Managers, and Project Managers to understand business needs, timelines, and objectives.

    • Translate business needs into user stories and well-defined acceptance criteria.

    • Keep the product backlog up-to-date, well-prioritized, and clearly visible to key stakeholders.

    • Refine user stories based on evolving feedback and ensure clarity and readiness for the development team.

    • Communicate progress, changes, and priorities within the backlog to both technical teams and other stakeholders.

    • Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment on scope, deliverables, and development timelines.

    • Lead requirement-gathering sessions, sprint planning meetings, and sprint reviews with diverse stakeholders.

    • Clearly outline risks, changes, or updates that may impact project scope, timelines, or costs.

    • Promote Agile best practices to improve workflows and team efficiency.

    • Identify pain points in requirements gathering, backlog refinement, or team collaboration, and recommend actionable changes.

    • Drive continuous improvement efforts, enabling smoother execution and faster delivery of projects.

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Business Analyst role within the manufacturing industry
    • Proficiency in using Atlassian Jira for project management
    • Demonstrated experience in conducting Gap Analysis
    • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
    • Proven experience in AB Testing
    • Expertise in Agile Scrum methodology
    • Strong understanding of Business Process Functions within a manufacturing environment
    • Experience in creating and maintaining Business Requirement Documents
    • Proven track record in effective Requirements Gathering
    • Excellent Stakeholder communication skills
    • Experience in Mobile App Development is a plus
