    We are hiring a Systems Engineer who can design, implement, and maintain a scalable IT infrastructure while driving organizational modernization projects. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring operational efficiency by aligning IT solutions with business needs.

    Key Responsibilities:

    •  Develop, deploy, and monitor IT infrastructures leveraging modern software and cloud solutions to drive efficiency and scalability.
    •  Participate in projects to address technical debt, redesign systems, and migrate from legacy platforms to modern technologies (Source: US Demand for Skilled Talent Q1 2025.pdf).
    • Ensure the security, stability, and scalability of IT systems; continuously assess vulnerabilities and implement appropriate mitigations to safeguard sensitive data

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
    • 3+ years of experience as a Systems Engineer or in a similar role.
    • Proven experience with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and system virtualization.
    • Working knowledge of system security protocols, including firewalls, encryption, and disaster recovery.
    • Familiarity with AI technologies, machine learning applications, and automation tools.
    • Maintain technical documentation for system configurations, processes, and incident resolutions. Communicate performance metrics and project updates to stakeholders.
