We are seeking a contract employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in the real estate industry. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in managing administrative tasks, liaising with vendors and tenants, and maintaining a customer-focused approach in all interactions. This position will be onsite in Wayzata, MN.
Responsibilities:
• Facilitate and manage work orders
• Maintain communication with tenants and prospective clients
• Collaborate with vendors to obtain bids as needed
• Handle administrative tasks such as answering phone calls and email correspondence
• Manage lease documentation and related data entry tasks
• Greet and assist visitors in the office
