Key Responsibilities:
• Perform general administrative duties, such as filing, scanning, and data entry
• Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
• Maintain and organize office supplies, ensuring inventory is stocked
• Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and maintaining calendars
• Sort, distribute, and handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
