In this position, you will play a crucial role in the finance team by driving efficient and accurate accounts payable processes. We need someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and enjoys collaborating with internal departments and external vendors.

Responsibilities:

• Perform 3-way matching by verifying purchase orders, goods receipts, and vendor invoices for accuracy.
• Batch, code, and process invoices in the accounting system, ensuring timely and error-free completion.
• Collaborate with vendors to resolve discrepancies, payment issues, and inquiries.
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions, including vendor statements, and address any discrepancies.
• Support employee expense reimbursement processing based on company policies.
• Assist in month-end closing activities and contribute to maintaining accurate financial records.
• Act as the key liaison between accounts payable, procurement, and receiving teams to streamline workflows and ensure effective communication.

• Experience: 2–3+ years in an accounts payable role, preferably in a manufacturing or similar industry.
• Technical Skills: Strong command of 3-way matching, batching, and coding. Familiarity with ERP systems or accounting software is highly preferred.
• Attention to Detail: A meticulous eye for accuracy in invoice processing and reconciliation.
• Problem-Solving Abilities: Proven ability to identify and resolve discrepancies effectively.
• Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders clearly and professionally.
• Education: An Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred but not required; equivalent work experience will be considered.
