The CFO is responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the organization, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, financial reporting, and strategic planning. This role works closely with executive leadership to support growth, ensure financial stability, and drive informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and reporting
- Manage cash flow, forecasting, and financial strategy
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
- Oversee accounting operations and external financial relationships
- Provide strategic guidance to executive leadership
Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA and or MBA preferred)
10+ years of financial leadership experience
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
Proficiency in financial systems and Excel
