We are offering an exciting opportunity in Southlake, Texas for a Business Intelligence (BI) Engineer. This role is pivotal in our team's efforts to support Business Intelligence solutions. The right candidate will be involved in all stages of Business Intelligence project work, including requirements and logical design, physical design, implementation, testing, and deployment. This role will provide an opportunity to harness your experience with Tableau Desktop and SQL Server to produce various business reports and dashboards.

Responsibilities:
• Utilize Tableau Desktop and SQL Server to create business reports and dashboards.
• Be involved in all stages of Business Intelligence project work, from requirements and logical design to physical design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Analyze large data sets in SQL Server and create data visualizations using Tableau Desktop.
• Develop scripting language using T-SQL.
• Integrate API using Python and/or PowerShell.
• Troubleshoot and remediate complex problems.
• Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
• Balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Work with the latest version of SQL Server and Azure SQL Databases.
• Utilize your detail-oriented nature to organize tasks and work efficiently.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Business Intelligence Engineer role or similar.
• Proven expertise in analytics and data interpretation.
• Proficiency in Business Intelligence (BI) tools and techniques.
• Strong capability in creating and managing Business Requirement Documents.
• Experience working with business users to understand and implement requirements.
• Proficiency in Tableau for creating data visualizations.
• Knowledge of Python for data analysis and manipulation.
• Experience working with Microsoft SQL Server.
• Familiarity with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
