    Responsibilities

    • Oversee the administration of contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements

    • Assist with the purchasing process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency

    • Manage billing procedures related to equipment sales and maintain accurate records

    • Handle month-end close responsibilities including preparing journal entries

    • Conduct account reconciliation tasks as part of regular duties

    • Utilize D365 software for various accounting tasks and processes.

    • Proficiency in Contract Administration, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts.
    • Extensive knowledge and experience in Contract Compliance, ensuring all contracts meet legal and company standards.
    • Proven ability in performing Month End Close activities, including financial reporting and analysis.
    • Experience in preparing and reviewing Journal Entries to maintain accurate financial records.
    • Skills in Account Reconciliation to ensure financial consistency and accuracy.
    • Proficiency in using D365 software for efficient contract management and financial tasks.
    • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively manage contracts and liaise with stakeholders.
    • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple contracts and meet deadlines.
    • High level of attention to detail to ensure contract accuracy and compliance.
