    As a Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the implementation of a new system for our public sector client. You will be responsible for analyzing, transforming, and managing data to streamline the migration and integration process while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with organizational objectives. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and strong collaboration skills to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.


    Key Responsibilities:


    Data Analysis:

    • Analyze, interpret, and validate large datasets to ensure the accuracy and quality of information being migrated to the new system.
    • Identify data discrepancies and anomalies; recommend corrective actions.

    Data Mapping and Migration:

    • Facilitate data mapping processes between legacy and target systems.
    • Collaborate with developers and system integrators to ensure smooth data migration.

    Reporting and Visualization:

    • Create and deliver custom reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present actionable insights for key stakeholders.

    Documentation and Compliance:

    • Document data workflows, mappings, and quality control processes.
    • Maintain compliance with public sector regulations and data security standards.

    Collaboration:

    • Work closely with project managers, IT teams, and subject matter experts to understand system requirements and drive strategic goals.
    • Assist in training stakeholders on new system functionalities and data handling procedures.

    Quality Assurance:

    • Perform rigorous testing and validation of migrated data to ensure accuracy and completeness.


    • 3-5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
    • Proficient in data transformation tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, or R).
    • Strong experience with business intelligence platforms or analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
    • Familiarity with system implementation processes, including data migration and testing.
    • Knowledge of public sector regulations and data compliance standards is preferred.
    • Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
