We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Specialist in South Paris, Maine. The role involves handling high-volume accounting tasks in a hybrid work setting post-training.
Key responsibilities:
• Effectively operate Accounting Software Systems
• Oversee and manage Accounts Payable (AP) functions
• Implement Accrual Accounting principles
• Utilize Automated Clearing House (ACH) for transactions
• Maintain and update accounting records accurately
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions
• Process customer credit applications with due diligence
Key responsibilities:

• Familiarity with Automated Clearing House (ACH) procedures is expected.
