We are seeking an experienced Project Manager/Sr. Consultant to join our team in the Telecom Services industry based in South Jordan, Utah. In this pivotal role, you will be tasked with managing multiple projects, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth. You will also be expected to liaise with various departments, handle customer inquiries, and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities:
• Handle and efficiently process customer credit applications
• Keep customer credit records up to date and accurate
• Monitor customer accounts and initiate appropriate action when necessary
• Effectively collaborate across all departments and levels within the organization
• Maintain a strong focus on meeting deadlines while managing multiple projects
• Translate complex technical features into understandable benefits and selling points
• Adapt to an ever-changing market and a rapidly expanding customer base
• Use a range of CRM tools to manage customer relationships and sales funnels
• Generate and close sales proposals to drive revenue growth
• Utilize excellent presentation and facilitation skills to engage with groups and individuals
• Prioritize and organize workflow to ensure company efficiency and productivity standards are met
• Leverage your knowledge in Private Equity and Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) to deliver superior results.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Telecom Services industry.
• Proven track record as a Project Manager or Senior Consultant.
• Proficiency in Unified communications as a service (UCAAS).
• Sound knowledge and experience in Private Equity.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• High degree of adaptability to work in a rapidly changing environment.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Business, or a related field.
• Relevant detail oriented certifications would be an advantage.
• Willingness to travel for project needs.
