    Job Title: Senior Data Entry Specialist

    Location: Shelby Township, MI. (Hybrid/Remote Options available)

    About the Role:

    We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Senior Data Entry Specialist to join our team. This long-term contract role requires advanced Excel capabilities, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive data with discretion. As a key part of our data team, you will play an integral role in maintaining accurate, large-scale data sets, auditing information, and ensuring the integrity of the data used by our organization.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage and work with large datasets in spreadsheets, often consisting of thousands of rows and multiple varying data points.
    • Download, process, and audit data sets for accuracy, utilizing advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and formulas.
    • Communicate findings, updates, and any discrepancies back to internal teams promptly and clearly.
    • Collaborate and take direction from team members, ensuring alignment on priorities and expectations.
    • Function independently to execute tasks once given instructions, ensuring all work is completed efficiently and accurately.
    • Maintain strict confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive or proprietary information.


    Key Qualifications:

    1. Advanced Excel Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in Excel, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, formulas, and data auditing processes.
    2. Organizational Excellence: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple data inputs, prioritize tasks, and ensure details are accurate.
    3. Clear Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact effectively with team members across various departments.
    4. Autonomous Work Style: Self-motivated to work independently and capable of executing tasks with minimal supervision once direction has been provided.
    5. Team-Oriented: Comfortable taking direction and reporting to other team members while effectively balancing multiple priorities.
    6. Discretion: Experience handling sensitive data with care and maintaining confidentiality at all times.
