    Job Description: The Associate Project Manager will support the Emergency Care Business under general supervision. They will contribute to and manage different phases of a moderate complex program focused on business systems or regulatory/compliance projects.


    Primary responsibilities:

    • Develop project/sub-project charter, management plan, and recommend trade-offs within project
    • Define and manage project scope, ensuring timely completion of tasks
    • Collaborate with supervisor and/or project PM to establish sub-project budget
    • Partner with sub-project teams to establish project Quality Plans
    • Develop a risk management plan for the sub-project
    • Create a Stakeholder register for the sub-project and assist in the preparation of a Stakeholder management plan
    • Support the development of a project communications management plan

    Knowledge and Skills:

    Candidate should have strong project planning, project scheduling, and meeting facilitation skills.

    They should be adept at handling pressure, taking responsibility, networking, and building customer-centric solutions.

    Extensive experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, Planview, JIRA or Trello, and regulatory requirements of EU MDR and/or FDA Medical device.


    Education and Experience:

    A Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 2+ years of work experience are required.

    PMP, CAPM, or equivalent certification and experience in a regulated environment are strongly desired.

    The candidate will work on developing and implementing project plans to ensure products are available in multiple countries.

    This includes daily project management tasks, oversight, and some market and regulation related research.
