Robert Half is partnering with a Fortune 500 in the Greater Seattle Area to identify a Paralegal in the Commercial Real Estate industry who is ready to jump in to assist and possibly join their close-knit team. This position is contract, with potential for extension/conversion into a permanent role.
Location: Seattle, WA (On-site)
Pay Rate: $28-32 per hour DOE
Duration: 3+ month contract, contract-to-hire for the right fit
Schedule: M-F, 9am-5pm
Responsibilities:
- Draft commercial leases from templates and route them for approval and signatures.
- Manage and track lease transactions, support with lease renewals.
- Review, redline, and compare documents, ensuring accurate routing and tracking.
- Take responsibility for lease amendments, extending leases, and exercising notices to renew or terminate a lease.
- Consult on lease reviews and answer related questions, and handle subsequent amendments.
- Utilize Case Management Software, Briefing, Calendar Management, Claim Administration, Communication, Commercial Real Estate, and Corporate Real Estate skills.
- Support in-house counsel and attorneys as part of the team structure.
- 2+ YOE as a paralegal supporting Commercial Real Estate in-house legal teams
- Knowledge and experience in Commercial Real Estate law, including transactions, leasing, and dispute resolution
- Reviewing and drafting legal documents and contracts
- Proficiency in using Case Management Software for tracking and managing legal cases
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear and effective interaction with clients, attorneys, and court personnel
The salary range for this position is $28-32/hr. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
