A boutique law firm in Seattle is looking to add a Family Law Attorney to their team. This position requires 1+ YOE in Family Law practicing in King County or Snohomish County. Firm offers excellent compensation, low billable goal, and remote work options!
Responsibilities:
- Manage case strategy and litigation – particularly in in King, Snohomish and Pierce Counties.
- Coordinate competing deadlines and communicate with varied stakeholders.
- Argue cases and take hearings before a court of law.
- Conduct detailed and varied legal research, and advise clients of probable outcomes.
- Be highly responsive to internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare for mediations, trials, depositions, hearings, and negotiations.
- Manage a team of paralegals and support staff.
- Manage high volumes of tasks and projects.
- React with appropriate urgency to situations and events that require a quick response or turnaround.

Minimum Qualifications:
- 1+ years’ experience in Family Law litigation in Washington State.
- Washington Bar admission in good standing.
- Experience utilizing Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat.
- Experience with the Clio practice management ecosystem.
- Experience managing a high volume of requests and competing deadlines.
- Strong desire and aptitude for process improvements.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills.
- Ability to demonstrate sound judgment in ambiguous situations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience collaborating with a decentralized organization on Microsoft Teams.
